Ulrich is a popular [[:Category: Shopkeepers |shopkeeper]] for [[:Category: Hero |heroes]] because he can buy all [[:Category: Object Types |sorts]] of [[:Category: Gear |gear]], unlike the [[Armourer |armourer]] or [[Weaponsmith |weaponsmith]] of [[:Category: Midgaard |Midgaard]], who both specialize in a certain [[:Category: Object Types |type]] of [[:Category: Gear |equipment]].

Ulrich is portable and not [[Aggressive Mobs |aggie]].  Because of this, he serves as a useful portal point to many areas connected to [[:Category: Wildwood |Wildwood]], such as [[:Category: Githzerai Tower |Githzerai Tower]] and [[:Category: Cavern Of The Fates |Cavern of the Fates]].

Because of his [[Level |level]], and the fact that he uses spells midround, he is a popular practice mob for [[:Category: Hero |heroes]] who aspire to kill the [[Ultimate Dragon |Ultimate Dragon]].  However, despite Ulrich's [[Level |size]], he is not quite as big as the [[Ultimate Dragon |UD]].
