Syntax: cast 'soul shackles' <target>

Advanced Viziers have the ability to tether a target to an
active node of the Great Bond.

Once shackled the Vizier (or any other Vizier) can form a link
to this same node via the Soul Stance skill. When a target
is shackled AND a Vizier is in Soul Stance the Vizier
will receive a portion of all SPELL damage (from all sources)
directed at the target. This damage is stored and will be expended
to supplement the next spell utilizing a pool of vitae.

The stance can be left at any time but the stored damage will be
lost. Should the damage received from be enough to kill the Vizier
they will instead be set to 1 hit point and the stance will
automatically deactivate.
