This is a mean area, I suggest not soloing unless you are really big.  If you move, sneak, and are invisible then only guards and statues can see you. But most mobs are aggie and will assist if you are fighting guards.

Comments

Mobs in this area are aggressive and detect invisible/hidden. Make sure you are big enough to take them or have a good quickened calm spell you can cast. Then keep moving, you don't want any of these mobs to drain you before you get to the Guardian Specter that holds the crossbow.

He will cast unrest on you which will prevent you from sleeping or resting for around 15 tics. If you surge 5 you may be able to kill him before he can cast it.
