This can be used on oneself or another. Flying gives you several advantages, such as reduced movement costs, and allow you to go through airborne or watery areas.
Prerequisite(s): none.
Syntax: cast 'fly' <character>.
This is a very useful skill for all characters who can to learn. It is superfluous for characters who are levitating. See Flying Flag for further information.
