This is one of my favorite newbie areas. It has a high concentration of mobs that give good exp. Look for a down exit in floyd's bathroom, this will take you to a sewer of sorts where there are slimes who carry Slimy Rings, which give the same bonuses as the Pink Ice Rings. Just watch out for the gator! He'll show up on scan as some glowing red eyes, because he's hidden.
