Recipe can be found on the continent of Eragora. Process of locating it is not a quest, but is nonetheless a very difficult exercise.

Warning: When manifesting the banner, please pay attention to the actual manifest name (as written on the recipe), since "The Standard of [BEH]" is the item name, not the manifest name used with c manifest "item".

The manifest holder is, unsurprisingly, any standard or banner. One can be found in the Deepways, but for those unwilling to leave Eragora, one can also be found there, although hidden well.

By comparison, LeMans Family Seal is -10, so this item would be LeMans -5, with the added hp bonus. Suit yourself if it is worth the effort.
