Syntax: c 'sense weakness' Prerequisites: bio empathy
The Black Circle Initiates are masters of perceiving the vulnerabilities in their foes. With sense weakness, the caster attunes their psionic senses to detect the weak points of their enemies. Once cast, the Initiate gains a heightened awareness of their opponents' flaws, causing all vital shots made against any enemy to deal increased damage.
Additionally, if an enemy is under the effects of other psionic debuff spells the damage bonus from sense weakness is further amplified.
