With a mentally trained eye, it is quite possible to distinguish between good and evil by focusing on creatures' inner aura. Some say this is a trick for street soothsayers, but to the psionically trained it is a truth. All this aura sight takes is a bit of concentration. Most eventually develop the mental capacity to see these auras, and the perception can easily be transmitted to another. One psion was heard talking to another psion while walking down a busy street of Midgaard. "Check out the aura on that one," he said with a grin.
