Teleport to Nenba to reach Bloodsong Island. Skin the corpses of the 4 bloodlusters for scraps of minotaur leather. You need one small scrap, one thin scrap, one thick scrap, and one big scrap. Then get the scrap of paper from Gorre The Slaughterkhan. Then give the paper to Nenba and she will make it for you.

The 4 bloodlusters have different room descriptions:

(Demonic) Rapt to the Bloodsong, a huge minotaur stands very still.
(Demonic) A Bloodluster is here, lusting for blood.
(Demonic) Huge and muscular, a minotaur recites the tenets of Tor.
(Demonic) A huge minotaur stomps his hooves in rage.
