Mindwipe

Mindwipe is a direct, focused attack of chaotic psionic energy upon the consciousness of a creature. It is essentially an attempt to sever mind from body, and wreaks tremendous damage on both.

There is a slight chance this spell will stun an opponent.

Due to the nature of this attack, the mindwipe spell can not be surged. Mindwipe has the potential to strip or damage mental resistances of its victims.

Mindwipe may be learned by black circle initiates, mindbenders, and psions.

This spell causes mind control damage.

Prerequisites: Domination, Ultrablast

Syntax: cast 'mindwipe' <target>

From Malaclypse in August 2022:

On reboot the mindwipe spell has been updated. It no longer has the chance of minor stun affect but has gained the ability to strip/damage mental resistances. (Bonus resistances are stripped more easily than innate racial resistances). Mnd > Psi > Bci wrt success rates.

Successful resistance damage will also result in improved spell damage for that particular cast.
