For archers tanking or soloing: Bamboo Ballista (+18HR) or Hardboard Slinger (+16HR, -10AC) or Bow Crafted Of Willow Bark (+15HR, protection evil) or Celestial's Arbalest (+15HR, +1DEX, gun) or White Crossbow (+15HR).
For fusiliers: Half-Pint Sized Sling (+22hr), David's Sling (+20hr) and some throwing weapon
For soldiers: Smoldering Contraption (+21hr) Crossbow, "Seeker" (+19 hr)
For druids: Crossbow Of Kra (+16hr, +75 mana, +2% heal power), Black Bow Named Scorn (+15 hr, +75 mana), or Bone-Crafted Shortbow (+14 hr, +25 mana)
